I make every effort to ensure that information on my web site is accurate, complete and current, but in some instances a product may contain inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product's price or availability. I do not guarantee that the information on my web site is error-free, complete, or current, and I reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on my web site at any time without notice. Any order containing an error or inaccuracy may be refused or cancelled, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, I will issue a full refund.

Consignment Agreement
Red Hat Consignment Shop is happy to accept your items for consignment. I am accepting Red Hat and Pink Hat accessories:
• New, gently used or like new accessories – items must not be damaged or missing pieces; all items must be clean.
• Hats of all shapes and sizes – red, purple, pink, lavender – plain, fancy, old, or new.
• Scarves, gloves, shawls, etc.
• Jewelry – necklaces, earrings, rings, pins, crowns, etc.
• Purses – red, purple, pink, lavender – plain, fancy, old, or new.
• Handmade Red Hat or Pink Hat items.
• Decorations, knick-knacks, anything FUN or appropriate for a Red or Pink Hatter.
• Hat Boxes – red, purple, pink, or lavender.
I am not accepting clothing or shoes at this time.
The better shape the items are in, the easier I can sell them. Remember, consignment selling prices are generally 35% to 50% of the original cost. The Red Hat Consignment Shop will set the selling price for all items and retains the right to accept or reject any items.
Artist Consignment Agreement
Acceptable Items for Artist Consignment
Red Hat Consignment Shop is happy to accept your handmade art or craft items for consignment. I am accepting products suitable for Red and Pink Hatters:
• Jewelry – Necklaces, Earrings, Rings, Pins, etc.
• Purses or bags – Red, Purple, Pink, Lavender.
• Hat Boxes – Red, Purple, Pink, Lavender
• Hat Stands or Hat Racks
• Decorations, Knick-Knacks, anything FUN or appropriate for a Red or Pink Hatter.
• Generally any Hand made items for Red or Pink Hatters.
I am not accepting clothing or shoes at this time.
Taxes, Shipping & Handling
Taxes, Shipping and Handling will be added at checkout.
• Florida residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.
• Shipping and Handling is calculated based on your Total purchase.

Payments
Online orders will be processed immediately and shipped via US Postal Service. Expect delivery within 1-2 weeks.
Pay by check or Money Order. If you do not wish to give out your information over the internet, the Red Hat Consignment Shop will accept phone* or mail orders. All checks must be imprinted by the bank with the valid name and address of the purchaser. Your items will be shipped after your check clears. Mail orders may take 4-6 weeks for processing.
NOTE: Returned checks will be assessed a handling fee of $25.00. Additional collection costs and all penalties permitted by law may also be assessed. I may electronically collect returned checks, service charges, and other applicable charges.

Return/Refund Policy
The Red Hat Consignment Shop will accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged. You may request a replacement (if available – many items are one-of-a-kind), a refund, or in-store credit.
• You must request a replacement (if it was a handmade item and not one-of-a-kind) within 30 days of receiving the product.
• At any time with any item, you can return it for in-store credit within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
• Refunds are only given for items damaged in shipping.
You are responsible for sending item(s) back to the Red Hat Consignment Shop.
